Fully automatic electronic machine for the production, fiber spreading, folding and packing of cotton mop, synthetic material, Spunlace and microfibre. Production capacity (Pcs / h): 1100 mop / h Main features: - The machine produces 18,3 mop / min. (depending on the length of the product and the materials used). - Maximum length of the non-folded mop 1200 mm. - Programming, work cycle management and measurement change directly from the touch screen. - Control panel language in Italian, English and Spanish. - Fully automatic monolithic machine, realized in compliance with CE regulations, does not require the use of manpower. - The fibers of the mop are distributed (enlarged) in a perfect and uniform way before the assembly of the plastic components (cap and fork). - The finished product is automatically unloaded and transported by transfer clamp in the flow pack packaging machine (optional).
